1. Introduction

Welcome to Mondego Move! By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

Disclaimer: Mondego Move is an unofficial application and is not related, affiliated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Metro Mondego, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official Metro Mondego website can be found at https://metromondego.pt.

2. Usage

You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developers.

3. Service Data and Accuracy

Mondego Move is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. However, the app relies on data regarding schedules, routes, and stops which may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided within the app. Users should always verify travel information with official sources.

4. Accounts and Content You Submit

You do not need an account to use the app. To submit an event or list a business you must sign in with Apple or Google, and you are responsible for what you submit.

You must not submit content that is false or misleading, illegal, offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, that infringes someone else’s rights (including photos you do not have permission to use), or that is spam or unrelated advertising. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Every submission is reviewed before it is published, and we may refuse, edit or remove any content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. To report content, email illogic-mirror.5d@icloud.com; we review reports and act on them promptly.

By submitting content you allow us to display it in the app, including a translation into English or Portuguese. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings, then your account, then Delete Account).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of Mondego Move be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the app or reliance on any information provided on the app. Your use of the app and your reliance on any information on the app is solely at your own risk.

6. Changes to This Terms of Service

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
